It's something i have always been drawn to, and felt that is something i also want to incorporate into my art... so it was time to give it a try. I spent a lot of time drawing before i decided to try painting, and i don't think i ever got over the love of line! ;)

used a completely different approach for this one. i usually get really picky on the prelim drawing but this time i just did a really quick gesture sketch and went with that as a base... and i like how it came out! maybe that's the way to go ;)

Down By The Old Mill Stream

Another project in oil. I really enjoy how the paint goes on, but it sure tries my patience waiting for it to dry…lol! Quite happy with this though… much better than i was expecting.
