Pond Reflections

A little experiment based on a photo i took in downtown Canmore, Alberta Canada. There is a picturesque pond that you can stroll around and all the lush colors in the shade on one of the pond banks caught my eye. acrylic on 11 X 14 canvas

Life Drawing June 2014

the last of the life drawings for the summer. :o(

i do have a portrait from life class coming up in mid July, but it is not the same thing. back at them in september though ;)

all drawings done on cartridge paper using vine charcoal and/or compressed charcoal. colored ones are done with vine charcoal and conte crayon. times vary from 5 minutes to 30 minutes. you can usually tell the longer ones by how many of the limbs i detailed!

Bugatti Atlantic

I am a car nut at heart but never tried to paint one. had to fix that! ;)
