January Life Drawings

Getting back into life drawing for the new year. Here is the best of January :o)

First class after the holidays. Mostly getting the rust off.. lol!

I felt much more comfortable drawing on this night... just back in the routine of drawing I guess.

This night was the much awaited 2 model night! A couple did the posing for us. The gent had never modeled before but the lady was an experienced and all went very well! Its a handful to draw 2 figures in a short time, but also rewarding!

Landscapes are not my strength so naturally i decided i better try a few This is from a photo i took at an interpretive center in the town of Banff, Alberta, Canada. It is hard to believe that this location is almost downtown!

Whyte Avenue is a trendy street in Edmonton Alberta Canada. I was on the street with my tripod in the middle of the night to get the reference pic! it wasn't raining though... i added the puddles with a paint brush ;)
